THE APPLICATION

EVERY ACT OF FORGIVENESS INCLUDES AN ELEMENT OF HEALING

GET UP! – Rise up and live!

            - BELIEVE THAT YOU ARE FORGIVEN

                        - Guilt & shame will not paralyze me

            - BELIEVE THAT NEW LIFE IS POSSIBLE

TAKE YOUR MAT

            - You don’t need your “mat” any longer

            - But don’t forget where you were

GO HOME

            - Begin living out the new you where you can’t pretend

- Expect resistance to change
