“NOW THE EARTH…”(v2-31)
- formless (chaotic), empty (void) dark, waters, and the Spirit
“hovering”
“AND GOD SAID…” (God speaks life into existence)
DAY 1 – LIGHT, DAY & NIGHT
DAY 2 – SKY (clouds, lifted up from the earth)
DAY 3 – LAND, SEA, VEGETATION (now possible w/both
light and rain)
DAY 4 – SUN, MOON & STARS (now visible as sky clears,
but they were already created in v1?)
DAY 5 – FISH IN THE WATER, BIRDS IN THE SKY
DAY 6 – LIVESTOCK, WILD ANIMALS, MAN
DAY 7 – REST
